Intellectual Property Policy

By accepting our Terms of Service, users agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others when using our Services. Our policy strictly prohibits the violation of such rights, including copyright and trademarks.

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, Semantica acts as a service provider, hosting user-generated content such as profile pictures, usernames, or status messages, without exercising prior editorial control. The responsibility for ensuring the legality of such content lies with the user.

Copyright

To report a copyright infringement and request the removal of content hosted on our servers (e.g., a profile picture or username), please send a complete copyright infringement claim to info@s7a.it.

Before submitting a formal report, we recommend contacting the user you believe is infringing on your copyright directly. Often, the issue can be resolved amicably without our intervention.

Trademark

To report a trademark infringement, please send a detailed claim to info@s7a.it. The report must contain all the necessary information to allow us to evaluate the request.

In this case as well, direct contact with the user may resolve the dispute more quickly and effectively.

What to Include in Your Claim

To ensure a swift and effective handling of your report, please make sure to include all of the following information:

  • Complete Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address. Please note that this information, along with the content of your claim, will be forwarded to the party accused of the infringement.
  • Description of the Infringed Work: A clear and precise description of the copyrighted work or trademark that you believe has been infringed (e.g., link to the official website, trademark registration number).
  • Identification of the Disputed Content: A description of the content hosted on our Services that you believe infringes your rights. The user's identifier (e.g., phone number or email associated with the account) is the most effective way for us to locate it.
  • Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the disputed material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information provided in the claim is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the rights or are authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Final Provisions

Semantica reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others (repeat infringers). Decisions regarding content removal are made at our sole discretion, in compliance with applicable regulations.

Submitting a fraudulent or bad-faith claim may have legal consequences.
