Methods of processing of information by Semantica
Under European law, companies must have a legal basis to process the data. The particular rights that the user has vary according to the legal basis in use, as explained below. Regardless of the legal basis applied, the user always enjoys the right to request access, rectification and deletion of their data pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, general data protection regulation (the "GDPR"). To exercise your rights, please consult the Privacy Policy at the section How to exercise your rights.
For all persons who have the legal capacity to enter into an executive contract, we process the data as necessary for the fulfillment of the contracts (the Terms of Service, the "Terms"). We illustrate the contractual services for which data processing is necessary in the Our Services section of our Terms and in the additional information resources accessible from our Terms.
To provide our contractual services, we need the data mainly for the following purposes:

Promote protection and security;
Transfer, transmit, store or process data outside the EEA, including in the United States and other countries;
Communicate with you, for example about problems related to the Service.
These uses are explained in more detail in our Privacy Policy at the section How Semantica use the information and at the section Global operations. We will use the data in our possession to provide these services; if the user chooses not to provide certain data, this could affect the quality of his experience in the use of the applications and services offered by Semantica.

When we process the data that the user provides us with his consent, he enjoys the right to withdraw consent at any time and to transmit the data provided, pursuant to the GDPR. Our legitimate interests or those of third parties, where they do not prevail over the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject ("legitimate interests")
- Only in relation to people who have not reached the age of majority (minors under the age of 18, in most EU countries) who have a limited ability to enter into executive contracts, we may not be able to negotiate personal data for reasons of contractual needs. We will consider several factors in evaluating objections, including: reasonable user expectations, benefits and risks for the user, us, other users or third parties and other means available to achieve the same purpose which may be less invasive and require no effort disproportionate. The objections of the user will be accepted and we will cease to process your information, unless the treatment is based on valid legitimate reasons or is necessary for legal reasons.
If the user has not reached the age of majority in his country of residence and has a limited ability to enter into an executive contract, we will take particular account of this circumstance and adjust the assessment of our legitimate interests and the balance of his interests and rights accordingly.
